  Electrical Socket

  I posted my job in November and this company said they'd get a quote over soon. I chased them up again about a week later and they said theyre busy and would be in touch with a quote. Contacted them again last week, but I've had no response. I don't think they want the job, which is fine, but I wish they'd said that so i could have found someone else to do it before Christmas

  Hi Nikki Thank you for your review however having checked our systems an estimate was sent to you in November 2024 for the work you requested , a further copy was sent on the 23rd December. We have had no confirmation from you accepting the estimate.

  Excellent efficient service

  Have used this company several times and recommended to friends. They are extremely efficient and helpful. Work is neat and they are very tidy. As my mum would say ‘very nice boys’! Great job at reasonable prices. Highly recommended

  Excellent job carried out. Reasonably priced, prompt date and time given and very polite tidy competent electrician. We thoroughly recommend this company and we would certainly use them again.

  As a landlord living 250miles from my property, I have come to rely on the excellent service provided by Cussens Electrical Services. In short, Peter Cussens and his staff provide a first class, prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and efficient service to me and my tenants. With his help I can get all the day to day issues that arise dealt with quickly and to a high standard. I have been let down by many 'tradesmen' on numerous occasions BUT NEVER by Cussens which is why I would recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

  Peter provided us with a professional and efficient service when replacing a few switches, sockets and wall lights. He also gave us helpful advice regarding our fuse box.

  Putting wiring in place to facilitate moving electric meter

  Pete came to review the job needed a month or so before the to do date. He explained what would be done and when. A quote was emailed a few days later. There would be 3 trades on the day and I phoned Cussens on a few occasions to ensure all was ok. Pete was kind patient. He turned up on the day and introduced me to the electrician who was doing the job. The job was done without fuss. The electrician was kind and even assisted the other trades. He cleaned up after the job was done. Pete came back to check that I was happy with everything. Sue in the office was also helpful Would recommend
