    The firm replaced a leaking polycarbonate roof with a permanent timber base with OSB boards and a EDPM rubber roofing. This was finished internally with UPVC cladding. All work was carried out to a high standard and would definitely recommend this firm.

    Trustworthy & professional Custodian Roofing

    After the first project of replacing our garage roof, we were so impressed we had them sort our roof on the house and then replace gutters and rebuild the gable end; all carried out to a very high standard. Custodian Roofing are trustworthy and highly professional.

    Very good service

    I first needed the flat roof replaced on my garage as the felt had deteriorated and was leaking , the boys did such a great job that I got them back to remove a redundant chimney and repair the ridge tiles on my house , they also tidied up the main chimney while they were up there. Professional and polite throughout they did a great job and left my property clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommended.

    EPDM garage roof install

    Custodian roofing replaced my tired old leaking garage roof with EPDM. Very responsive to enquiries providing a visit and quote in super quick time. Setting a schedule for the work to be carried out in just a few days wait. The end result is a professional finish that is a credit to the trade.
