    Floorboard Replacement

    I was in need of a tradesperson to come in and replace some broken floorboards in my father’s house, which we are in the process of selling at present. Luke from Custom Perfection answered my request the same day as I posted the job on here. Very professional, came out to look at the job in good time and then after agreeing on a quote price he carried out the work to an excellent standard.

    en-suite re vamp

    We had our en-suite re vamped including the take down of a wall & new one put in to make the room bigger. Luke installed a pocket door that slides which we are so happy with. We had a wet room style bathroom - we were over the moon with lukes effort and finished room. He was reasonably priced - helpful with ideas and we would recommend him to anyone.

    I contacted Luke from Custom Perfection to completely renovate my mother in laws' 50 year old bathroom. From quote to completion Luke's work was proffessional, thorough and was a pleasure to deal with. The site was left clean after everyday and his pricing was very competitive.     Kitchen Floor Repair

    Had movement in our kitchen floor caused by poor construction standards of Bloor Homes. Luke removed the existing flooring, repaired, screed and feather finished the floor before relaying the flooring. Great communication all the way through and was always happy to talk through the process of what he was doing during the repair.

    Bathroom refit after terrible bathroom refit!

    I unfortunately became the victim of a scam bathroom fitter. The job was not finished and was terrible quality. Luke and his team transformed a terrible situation into a beautiful space. He fixed numerous problems that the previous fitter had basically bodged. Luke is also very creative and made some great suggestions on design and finish to ensure the space was used to its best capacity and to ensure the finish was perfect. He also kept me up to date with everything he had done daily. I am very grateful for all of his hard work to turn this around for me.

    Wood Flooring

    Luke and his team did a fantastic job of laying engineered wood flooring to my hall, living room and dining room. Luke was focused and an extremely fast worker, he cut the skirting boards to perfection in a day as I didn't want beading, and got on with the job in a professional manner. He was courteous and answered any questions I had during the process from measuring to ordering and laying of the floor. He was tidy and organised. I will use Luke again for upcoming work. I would definitely recommend him.
