  Had a complete new roof, fascia and guttering. Also a full new bathroom fitted.

  Excellent service. Both Roof and Bathroom look brilliant. Very friendly and left no mess. Amazing job and would definitely recommend.

  Water leak in conservatory

  I paid daniel £2000 to fix leak in conservatory roof. He worked 1 day and told us everything was fixed. 5 days later it rained and the water poured in as before.I contacted Daniel and he said someone would be round to fix it. Nobody turned up and it seems he has changed all his contact numbers as I cannot get hold of him. Over 3 weeks has gone by and the water is still leaking. He took my life savings so beware !

  The kitchen ceiling was badly leaking in my daughters house.

  Daniel came out on Thursday and assessed the roof giving me a quote of £250 to fix the leak or £800 to fix other issues he said would cause problems later on. We agreed to get the whole roof fixed to avoid this. He came out on the Saturday and did the work and was paid in cash. The following Sunday there was heavy rain and my daughter took a video of the rain running down the walls exactly as it had before. I sent Daniel a video and he apologised and said he would get someone out to fix it. This didn't happen. He offered to give us money back but this hasn't happened either.

  Repair roof to prevent leaking above bedroom window

  Sadly I did not see BT19's review before it was to late. These people have left me in a worse position than I started with. I now have no lighting in part of our home and m worried sick that the roof will collapse. Like BT19 the price went from £4800 to £7000 just after they started and they then tried to charge VAT on their idea of completion. Under NO circumstances would I advise engaging these people to do any work of value.

  Dormer roof removed and replaced

  My property had a slight leak on the dormer roof which was staining the ceiling of the bedroom. Custom roofing had a very good review with check a trade so we used them. The initial bill went from £800 to £3000 upon completion. The work done is a disgrace. The roof collapsed pouring in water (video to follow). I now have a new roofer, not from check a trade. I now also need the house repairing as in floorboards, electrics, painters etc. Please DO NOT use these cowboys. No more custom roofing anymore. A disgrace.

  Roof leaking

  I had an emergency on a Saturday morning. The company contacted me immediately and told me they could be at my property in 90 minutes. Upon arrival they Face Timed me as I’m not in the country and assured me the work would be carried out and no further damage would happen. A guy called Daniel put my mind at rest and he secured the roof then told me the work would be carried out over next three days. Punctual, reassuring, helpful, polite to name but a few attributes. Will write again once work is carried out. 10 out of 10 so far
