We needed urgent work done as the roof was leaking. Custom roofing were able to make themselves available within a day and carried out the work without delay. They were clear as to the work to be done and the cost throughout, so we had no doubts re the work and its cost. The whole experience was a good one.

I employed this company to replace the felt on my two garden sheds. The felt on one shed was correctly installed no tar showing and doesn’t leak. The felt on the other shed has twice been incorrectly installed, 4inch strip of tar showing among other strips showing the shed still leaks and has destroyed a lot of what is in the shed. This is the third time of asking CustomRoofing UK to correctly install the felt on my shed, now they are asking another £600 to come back and carry out the work. Then initially asked for £1500. Custom Roofing UK. where ask to replace 2 6 metre dry ridge systems to the rear of my property which was done by somebody else. Custom Roofing replaced the dry ridge. But did not replace missing tiles or the broken tiles they broke. There is also a sheared off head of screw which is holding down at the joint of 2 ridge tiles. The sand and cement has fallen out from under ridge tile. 2 Claw Hammers 1 Hand Saw and Dust Pan and Brush have taken from site.
