Replacement/update of burglar alarm keyboard and monitoring system.
First contacted this company when my partner activated the panic alarm accidentally on our (ageing) burglar alarm and we could not turn it off. Sam talked me through how to turn the noise off and how to stop it if it happened again. Advice was given at no cost and very pleasantly. When we realised bits of the system were past their best, I went back to CSI, got a quote and appointment quickly; the new key pad was installed on time, in an organised and tidy manner with no mess left after. After service has also been good on the couple of times (all our own fault) when we’ve needed a reset.

Upgrading alarm, installing external security lights and CCTV
Highly, highly recommend Sam. An all round great guy and a pleasure to deal with. He gave honest advice and his work is done to a fantastic standard. I won't hesitate to work with Sam in the future and would highly recommend Custom Security Installations.

Fit CCTV
Great service by Sam and Jack. Their attention to detail is second to none. No shoddy/untidy cable work to be seen and they swept up. Great personal service after if you have any questions/queries, they’re always on the end of the phone, they even let me use their ladder for a matter totally unrelated to why they were here, whilst they were here. Great guys. Many thanks ??
