  Gutter cleared

  Monzo came exactly when he said he would. Courteous and efficient. And even though it turned out to be a small job, he gave a very reasonable price. I will be keeping the details if I ever need any roofing jobs done in the future and I would have no hesitation recommending to friends / family.

  Gutter refitting

  Constantin was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. My guttering needed taking down and refitting. He took photos throughout the process and provided a detailed report (with photos) after the work was completed. As it hasn't rained since I cannot vouch for whether the issue has actually been resolved (overflowing gutters and water not draining as it should), but it all looks to be promising.

  Fixing failed gutter, facia and soffit installation (someone else installed it)

  I was going to wait until the job was finished but guess I will do another review then. We are in the unfortunate situation of needing repair after a failed installation. Kos was quick to contact us and then visit. He started work today with an assessment and getting parts. He worked so hard today, only stopping for coffee (we did make sure we had the right brew), and kept going. We have lots of photos and an explanation that will help us with the previous installer with a difficult conversation for them. Just superb work today. It has restored my faith, good people are out there.

  Waterproof membrane to flat roof

  CV Contractors did an excellent and highly professional job. From quote to completion. The work was completed on time and impeccable attention to detail. Since the work was done we have had no problems with leaks or water ingress from the flat roof. Highly recommended.

  Roof terrace resurfacing

  I had got a leak from my roof terrace. They identified the problem & installed a new surface, which took 5 days (31 Jan to 5 Feb). They were meticulous and efficient, as well as courteous; quite expensive but worth it. Fully photographed throughout the process and excellent paperwork. DETAIL: "Grp flatroof: removed existing rubber, once identified the problem reinforced with 18 mm osb marine boards nice and neat fixing the grp trims around the edges, apply the resin with reinforce grp mesh and finishing with anti slip top coat system. Once the grp resin is completed, finish edges".
