  Diabolical service

  After trying to get some works carried out for a year now have told them not to bother as I have had to chase them. Nothing even progressed without me chasing. Never received any calls back or updates. Even after giving authorisation to start the works they still did nothing. Had enough of excuse after excuse.

  We visited the property in question on Thursday 10th March 2022 with a view to providing a quotation for bathroom works, not 12 months ago. After visiting the property we contacted the property owner to discuss what the best course action would be as the bathrooms are all in a very poor state of repair. He sent us an email on Thursday 17th March 2022 saying he hadn’t fully decided on what he was going to do with the bathrooms. We feel that this negative review is not justified.

  Very impressed with the work carried out by John and Nick. Considerate, polite, attention to detail, carpets were covered and really good impressive work carried out with as little mess as possible. Would thoroughly recommend. AAA*.

  Bathroom fitting

  CV Lane did a full bathroom renovation at my new house. They sourced the products, removed the old suite, retiled, and installed the new suite. Their customer service was spot on from start to finish. Becky in the office was a fantastic help through the whole process, and Nick who fitted the bathroom was the most polite, friendly person, and he did a phenomenal job. I absolutely love my new bathroom, and the process was stress-free, and completed so quickly. Could not recommend CV Lane more. Will certainly be calling them for any requirements I have in the future.
