Excellent Customer Service
Callum came to my house to carry out a warranty repair on my washer on behalf of UK manufacturer EBAC. A very pleasant and friendly young man. Quite honestly I have never seen anyone work so fast and efficiently and his knowledge and ability were outstanding. Oven repair
Callum did an excellent job for us. On his first visit he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part. A few days later he returned at the agreed time and fitted the new component very swiftly and efficiently and tested the oven to make sure it was working properly. We also asked for his advice about our dishwasher, and he has agreed to come back and check it over.
