  Erecting fence, kitchen tiling, painting, boiler work to replace gas pipe

  Cwikbuild offers full property solutions. We've been consistently impressed with the quality of workmanship from Cwikbuild and have used them for a number of jobs now over the last three years; from building a garden office in 2019 (a life saver for the lockdown!), work in the bathroom to replace aging silicon, enlarging kitchen splash back, erecting a garden fence and repainting the garage door. We've just had some extensive gas work completed to move the boiler to the loft.

  Large single story rear extension

  We are very pleased with the finished product. This was a large project and Tomasz gave us an accurate quote at the start which he stuck to, he also gave us options at various points and was very clear on the pricing options. We also added extra things which he encorporated at a good price. Tomasz regulary gave us updates and checked if we were happy. He went out of his way to keep the build on track during lockdown and found alternative suppliers where needed. Tomasz and his team were very friendly and polite, they limited the impact on ourselves and the neighbours.

  Kitchen Refurbishment

  We would wholeheartedly recommend Thomas and his team to anyone undertaking a building project of any size. They were courteous, hardworking and highly skilled throughout the project. Thomas’s quote was detailed and he gives realistic timeframes which he met throughout every stage of the project. His work was completed to a very high standard and any snagging issues were dealt with incredibly quickly. His team have a fantastic attitude take great pride in their work. I would work with Thomas on any future build projects and have full confidence in him and his team.

  New Ceilings with downlights and a sound insulation system

  I am a returning customer to Cwik Build. On this occasion I asked Thomas to sort out the the previous shoddy job that had been done by another builder. True to his word, the final result is excellent. These guys have a strong work ethic with an eye for detail and high standards. I chose to go with the "make good" option which included painting and decorating. Our flat was left very clean and with furniture and fittings back in their usual place. An excellent job all round and I would not hesitate to get this team back for any future project. Thank you guys.

  House Refurbishment

  House refurbishment excluding bedrooms. Installation of a new kitchen and bathroom suit. New plumbing and electrics. Amazing attitude and reliable team. Great workmanship and diligent in pricing and time estimations.

  Replace en-suite bathroom

  Thomas helped us to prepare the quote guiding us well to cost effective options (and he was right). The room and the stairs up were prepped to ensure the work would be tidy (and cleaned up fully) and kept us fully informed. He is inventive in finding creative solutions to site problems and very adaptable. Little extras like ensuring that if the bath surround every needs to be cut out to deal with a problem in the future they will find a tube of sealant in exactly the right colour to repair the work. Would recommend and will work with Thomas again.
