I recently had my flat fully redecorated by CW Property Maintenance, run by Cian, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Cian completed the entire redecoration to a very high standard, paying great attention to detail and ensuring everything was finished professionally. He was reliable, hardworking, and kept me updated throughout the job. The finish is excellent, and the flat has been completely transformed. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end, and it was clear that Cian takes real pride in his work. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a highly skilled painter/decorator.

We used CW Property Maintenance to paint the front door to one of our rental properties in Cardiff. They were very swift throughout the quoting and working process with a quick turnaround on the job which is what we needed. We dealt with Cian during the quoting process who was knowledgeable and helpful and guided us through the best steps to carry out the work. They managed to fit us in within a week of works being agreed and Will showed up on time and completed the work to a great standard. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for painting.

I used Cw property maintenance to eradicate and treat mould and then repaint over the stains in my bathroom. We dealt with Cian who arrived with another guy.
