    Cian assisted with a wall repair for a customer of ours. Communication was excellent throughout with myself and the home owner. Quality workmanship, reliable and work completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

    Outside painting

    Cian turned up on time to see the job and had emailed a quote back to me within a few hours. It’s easy to be a little cautious when someone young shows up but Cian was very professional and was able to answer all my queries and concerns regarding the job. He showed up when he said he would, with another guy. They prepared and painted the outside of my house in 3 days and cleaned up carefully after themselves. Would recommend

    Great painting work

    Really impressed with the work Cian did. He painted our hallway, stairs, landing and bathroom to a really high standard, and the finish is spot on. Great attention to detail, clean and tidy throughout, and always turned up when he said he would. Friendly, reliable and takes real pride in his work. We’d happily recommend CW Property Maintenance and will definitely be using Cian again. Great job!

    Great service Great price

    We’re very pleased with the work CW Property Maintenance carried out in our rental property in Cardiff. Cian dealt with the quoting and communication process and was knowledgeable thorough and helpful, they provided a great quote broken down into sections so that it was easily digestible and the guttering work painting work and bathroom they fitted look great. Definitely use again and 10/10 recommend to anyone.

    We had our hallway stairs landing and bathroom painted and glossed. Extremely pleased with the work and Cain worked solidly for two days to ensure the work was completed. Highly recommend.

    Great Redecoration Service

    I recently had my flat fully redecorated by CW Property Maintenance, run by Cian, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Cian completed the entire redecoration to a very high standard, paying great attention to detail and ensuring everything was finished professionally. He was reliable, hardworking, and kept me updated throughout the job. The finish is excellent, and the flat has been completely transformed. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end, and it was clear that Cian takes real pride in his work. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a highly skilled painter/decorator.
