  Servicing our alarm system

  Chris came to service our alarm system as we had not had it serviced for a couple of years and felt the batteries might need to be renewed. He is always so helpful and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris.

  Repair of fault and installation of a PIR sensor.

  Chris did a great job locating and rectifying a fault to our alarm system, he identified a weak spot and installed an additional PIR to cover this, also replacing a faulty door contact and providing some spare fobs. Chris is very knowledgeable and took great care of our home while undertaking the work. He was a pleasure to have in our home and undertook the work at a fair price, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris.

  Chris quoted a competitive price and turned up on time to start the job. He is efficient, knowledgeable and very tidy. He didn't leave until I was confident on how to use the system and patiently answered all my questions.

  New alarm system

  Thank you to CWS for our new alarm system. We were a bit concerned that we would not be able to get sensors in certain areas but Chris reasured us and offered the best advise he was professional, polite and courteous at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He left our house tidier than when he arrived with minimal disruption while he completed the work. From design and planning to handover Chris was exceptional and we would highly recommend his services to all our friends and family.

  Chris kindly repaired our old alarm system per our request-whereas other security companies simply wanted to sell us an entirely new system. He is honest, reliable and good value; we recommend him.

  Alarm system check removing redundant zone.

  Chris deactivated a sensor from the control panel for a removed internal door from a hard wired system and performed a thorough check of the system. Very polite and extremely knowledgable of all types of alarm systems and previous installers methods. First class. Would recommend without hesitation.
