Fire Alarm malfunction
Had a problem last night with fire alarm going off with no way of stopping it as when we moved to the house we were not given key or code! Called Chris at CW Security at 19.45 for urgent help and although he was out he took the time to talk me through possible solutions I could try with a promise that if they didn’t work he would attend a late evening call out and fee was provided to me. We did manage to sort the problem without Chris needing to visit but absolutely first class service and really helpful. Will certainly call you for work we need doing in future.

Replaced alarm system
Chris Wicks arrived at the agreed time to do the site visit and was extremely helpful with recommendations as we needed to integrate a wired and wireless system. Chris and his son in law again arrived on time for the installation and in my experience tradesman arriving on time is a luxury . They were both very professional in there approach to the work and completed the installation without any fuss and I would recommend them without hesitation

New Alarm fitted
CW Security systems did a fantastic job. Arriving on time, keeping within price and keeping all their work areas nice a tidy. I would thoroughly recommend them to somebody in the London/South East region considering getting an alarm fitted. Thanks again Chris and team
