I had a front extension build by Colin, his sons and team. All involved did a fantastic job. We are thoroughly pleased with everything that was done. They have completed the work to a high standard and are very easy going in terms of adapting to changes should you wish to make tweaks here and there along the way. Its not easy getting people to trust these days but we found Colin and team very reliable and we will definitely ask Colin again if we have any projects he maybe can help us with in the future.

C Wylie and Sons were quick to sort a house visit around replacing the lintel and patio roof. Colin got a quotation sorted in good time and communicated any delays which I always appreciate rather than having to chase tradesmen. They got the job done basically in the timeframe they said they would do it and looks like a good clean job. Colin confirmed a 1 year guarantee for works. I have no issues I can think of.

We are so pleased with the work Colin, Dean and Scott have done. From the quote onwards they’ve been clear, good communication all through the process. We moved into our property in summer which had a leaky 1980s conservatory. We wanted it to be the same footprint but a proper room. The work is a really high standard, the specific windows we wanted obtained, rendering outside that looks great. All the way along they checked how we’d want to use the room so we got the windows in the right spot. Polite and respectful to neighbours, next door even praising the brickwork! Highly recommend!

I first used Colin and hus sons 14 years ago, I wouldn't use anyone else now. I have had Colin back twice on other jobs. We now have another project under way. His estimates have always been very good and never once finished a project over the estimate. I would recommended Colin to anyone. His integrity is beyond reproach.

Colin and his sons Dean and Scott, are proper ‘old school’ builders. Brave enough to take on an awkward site with poor access and sharpen their shovels to hand dig foundations. The sub contracts bought on site were all similarly experienced and mature professionals, willing to provide the hard graft needed to ‘do it reet’. Colin and his lads have managed to turn the damp, slug infested gallery kitchen lean-to into a bright and airy kitchen diner in which the chef can be once again at the heart of the home whilst having an audience. No more being locked away like a scullery maid!

Completed on time and within budget and all works done to our satisfaction.
