I called Cypher Locksmiths & Glaziers as I couldn’t open my back door due to the mechanism failing. James was excellent on the phone giving me an approximate quote. Communication was excellent. He arrived when he said and fixed the door efficiently, he also replaced the barrel on request. He made sure the door was aligned and that everything was working perfectly. Really nice man. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith. His number is now saved in my phone if ever I need a locksmith and to recommend to my family and friends. Five star!

James was really quick to respond to my request. He gave me a great price and was able to complete the job immediately on my acceptance. It didn't turn out to be as straightforward as first thought but he did the job effectively and at the quoted price. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
