Requested a quote regarding there being a gap between my window and frame when the window was closed. He knew that it would be the hinges that needed replacement without visiting. Visited to fit them. Quick job. No noted mess - cleared up what there was himself. Looks much better and no gap/draft now.

James was so helpful when our porch door would not lock. He came promptly and changed the lock. He communicated efficiently and was flexible to come when we were available. He returned to recheck the job when we had a problem. He resolved the problem. Very polite. Neat and tidy. No mess left.
