We had a problem with the downstairs toilet not flushing fully and D2M were able to call us back quite quickly and attend our property the very next morning, on time and exactly as they said. They helped us diagnose the issue was with the external wastepipes and since we were paying for the hour of service, even helped unblock the wastepipe between two properties down from us, going above and beyond. It helped the situation for sure and recommended calling Thames Water for further diagnosis. Can recommend D2M's service.

Excellent work, the cupboard side facias had to be cut to size and worktop cut for inset sink. Tiles were small glass ones so not easy to work with but has provided a neat and tidy finish. New toilet plumbed in and new pipework for sink. Cleaned up each day, very pleasant and enthusiastic person, planning to use for future work.

After calling in other plumbers who came, checked and couldn’t identify the problem, Anson was the only one who finally sorted out the issue. He did a completely thorough job of checking and clearing all the pipes to ensure the entire drainage system was clear. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough about his line of profession.
