    Extension and remodelling

    Floor plans, building regs and EPC. Highly recommend.

    Keith at D84 was fantastic to work with—responsive, flexible, and great value for money. He really listened to our needs and delivered excellent floor plans. We used D84, for floor plans, single dwelling to 2 x 2 bed flats and floor plans for a simple remodel of a single dwelling including building regs. He remained supportive and helpful even after the design and EPC stage. Highly recommend!

    Very happy with the work

    We had ambitions for a double garage conversion but there are so many aspects of the process that were complicated to us. Keith did a great job navigating all of these things on our behalf, including the initial drawings, Planning Permission, Structural Surveys, Building Control, and how to use all this information to find a suitable contractor. I wouldn't have been able to do this without him and if we have any similar project in mind in the future, I'll know who to call.

    Highly recommended Architect

    We were looking for an Architect who could assist us with our home renovation project. As first timers to this kind of project, we were extremely grateful to find Keith who provided a calm, measured approach to our project. Keith listened to our ideas and brought them to life with some great plans. Various options / drawings were provided and meetings were set up to discuss any required amendments. Keith is responsive and always available to discuss any issues. Keith also recommended our structural engineer & building contractor. We can’t recommend D84 highly enough!

D84 Architects Ltd is an RIBA Chartered Practice formed in 2010 by architect and Southsea resident, Keith Russell.


We are based in Southsea but work extensively across Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, and London.


For our residential clients, we specialise in extending and remodelling existing properties to modernise living areas and create extra space. We are experts in single and multi-storey home extensions, loft conversions, and orangeries. We are also experienced in adaptations to modify homes for those in their later years.


House design: We work with clients to realise their dream home. Whether you are looking to build a new house or to transform an existing property, D84 can assist and guide you through the process.
