Extension
We had an back extension and house refurbishment built by Alin and his team, they were genuinely reasonable in price and were fantastic to deal with from day one. Alin was so helpful and made the entire process so easy with his honestly and guidance. The team were they from 8am - 5pm every day and were extremely honest and diligent throughout. Furthermore, the aftercare has been wonderful, the inevitable snags that came up alin has made himself. I highly recommend DAC construction!!

Refurbishment of commercial premises
Really reasonably priced, easy to deal with, good standard of finished work, reliable and efficient. Worked to tight deadline and performed when needed. Would recommend to anyone.

Renovation of Garage, Front Hallway and Reception Room
Someone recommended Alin and his team to us. His quote was extremely fair and he started on the day he said he would be available. His team is friendly and trustworthy and work very hard. The work was completed on budget and according to the schedule he set out at the beginning of the project. The extent of the work included ripping down and rebuilding ceiling, walls, replastering, a bit of plumbing and installation of underfloor heating, some electrics, tiling floors and walls, and general decoration. I would highly recommend.

Replace wooden beams on outside of roof. Paint porch way. Paint front and side of house.
Excellent workmanship. Work finished on time and on budget as per estimate.
