  Fix of a shower and a sink waste pipe

  2nd time in last 3 months of using DA Gas & Plumbing so certain my first great experience (replacement boiler) wasn’t a fluke! This time a faulty shower was diagnosed with the correct replacement cartridge and the item sourced and fitted in a timely manner. Again all the contact with DA was great, including communications and estimates to know what was going on in the process and costs. The fitting was superb with an efficient and tidy service provided on site. All the DA staff care about what they do and that equates to a great customer experience.

  Boiler not turning off

  Michelle more or less diagnosed the problem from the description I gave. Due to the recent cold snap probably causing boiler problems, she couldn't get anyone out until the following day. The next day, a pleasant gas engineer arrived, well within the time span given. It was a very minor problem of a stuck valve but he sorted it out and stayed to make sure it was fully working. Thank you to all for your super service.

  I had my boiler serviced & a gas safety certificate to prepare for my house to be sold. I found the company really friendly & approachable when booking the appointment. Then on the appointment day, the engineer was on time & did a professional & thorough job. He was friendly & explained everything really well. I've recommended them for my parents as I was particularly impressed.

  Leak in the bathroom

  Came highly recommended and I can see why, fantastic from start to finish. Had a burst pipe in bathroom so phoned and although initially they had no availability within 3 mins had a call back due to a cancellation they managed to fit me in. within the hour engineer on site which was outstanding and unexpected. Engineer was polite, knowledgable and professional at all times. work was carried out efficiently and tidily and I was informed the whole time as to what was happening and plans for works required so no surprises or hidden charges. Can’t thank them enough for sorting the issue.
