I specifically asked Diane for an end of tenency clean. Weeks in advance. I was given 3 womens for 2hours 40minutes worth of work. The cleaners themselves were absolutely fantastic, they did everything the could in the time they had, they were polite, friendly and did the job they were given. I said to them at the end, that this was for an end of tenency clean and the women told me for a job like that, its usually 7 hours. So why Diane didn't book it correctly to begin with is ridiculous. Half the property is immaculate, whilst the other half wasnt touched. Frustrated and disappointed.

Brilliant service, great communication and really lovely ladies. I cannot recommend them enough.

Diane was very quick to reply to my message and arranged for cleaning at short notice, exactly when I asked. All further communication was also very quick. I booked at 4.5 hour deep clean and two wonderful ladies turned up on time and worked incredibly hard. The property was quite literally transformed. The price is very reasonable and you get more than your money's worth. Really amazing! Thank you Laurie and Fran.
