Boiler service, radiator service
We've used Michael on numerous occasions and he's gone above and beyond every single time. We wouldn't think of using anyone else for all of our boiler and heating needs and recommend him to everyone. He's friendly, polite, helpful and extremely reasonably priced. If I could give him more than 10/10 I would.

Diagnose and repair faulty boiler by fitting new PCB.
Called and booked appointment. Mike gave me a provisional quote over the phone. Arrived on time, diagnosed the fault then nipped out to get the part and came back and completed the repair all within 2 hours. The cost was more or less the same as the provisional quote. Thanks to Mike central heating working for Christmas.

Replace radiators and pipes
Excellent service. Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Took on a complicated job that many others would probably never touch. Completed it while overcoming various difficulties without any complaints.

Regular Gas Safety Checks
Running a busy property agency means you need people the match the service you provide. Michael does what he says he'll do and is always polite, respectful and courteous when dealing with our clients. A very decent man running a very professional business that I recommend wholeheartedly. I wish him continued success and growth in 2021.
