James, took time to explain what could be seen through the camera and answer any questions on his view of potential remedial options i.E. Leave as is or take action and what might be suitable. He was very personable and patient with the questions, arriving promptly with good communication in terms of setting up appointments. Strongly recommended

James went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our drain blockage. He came to view the drains immediately after getting my message, he clearly communicated the issue and quickly sent a detailed quote through. He conducted the work to a high standard, reshaping and relining the pipe. James returned a few days later to check the work and thus showed a high standard of professionalism. James was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times.
