Not only were you super efficient but also so helpful in answering all the questions I had and making sure everything was working as it should to clear me of any doubt before leaving. Very good reasonable price, found solutions to problem would definitely recommend

They didn’t stop at clearing the toilet and went onto do other work I hadn’t requested or agreed to . I spoke to them about it and they said that they had a responsibility to check the rest of the drains when in my view they only had a responsibility to do what I asked them to do. Once they had competed the request work I expected them to leave and then heard them still banging around outside - I was in a meeting and told him I had not authorised the work but he carried on anyway. As he was physically a big bloke I didn’t want to argue with him....

Job was done quickly and without any fuss

We have been using Dalrod for the last couple of years for PPM and Emergency Call Outs. They are extremely quick to respond to Emergency Call Outs and the Dalrod Staff are always polite from making the call to the tanker operator arriving onsite. Great explanations of what is required and why. Planned works is always booked in early and they have always arrived on time going a clean and tidy job.
