Main roof replaced. Flat roofs re-felted. New polycarbonate roof to existing pergola.
We previously had difficulty assigning the job. This company came recommended by a friend. The recommendation was not misplaced. Mark and his team worked very well throughout what turned out to be a job beset by a number of problems. The work was carried out professionally and tidily. The team were friendly, polite and courteous.

I rang Mark with a query and within 20 mins (because he was in the area) he was here to give professional, clear, concise advice. Mark was friendly, focused on the query and very helpful. Will definitely refer to others.

Replacement of old to new guttering and facia
I am very happy with the work that Dalton Construction carried out for me as my partner. It was complete promptly to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Half a new roof
It was started on April 8th and finished on May 1st They didn't work every day and I didn't keep a record of which days. I was away some too.

Decking removed from flat roof, roof felt and new timbers laid, decking reinstalled.
This is the second roofing job Mark Dalton has done for us, and his work is always of the highest quality, with the various options fully explained. He is willing to put himself out to ensure he has satisfied customers.

Structural steels fitted, along with further structural works to ensure effective fitting of steels.
Work was carried out efficiently and to high standard. Where issues were encountered, options to resolve them were explained well, and outlined in an easy to understand way. At all points throughout the process we were given updates and always felt confident with the work being undertaken.
