Josh was fantastic and very professional on the job. The finished work looks great and he made it very easy to work with! He handmade each panel and replaced the gate. A really great finish and done super quickly and on time!

I was extremely pleased with the work that Josh, from Daley Developments completed for me in my garden last summer. Josh was organised in his approach to the work, reliable and hardworking, and paid particular attention to the detail of the work - nothing was too much trouble. Everything was cleared away neatly and tidily at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Josh for garden renovations.

Josh gave me a quote and was there the next day to carry out the work, he removed all the cracked cement work from our patio joints, he recommended the right choice of colour to go for to get the best look out of our patio which was very helpful, then repointed it. Was in and out within a day and we were very pleased with the end result. From quotation to work being done josh was very helpful,polite and generally a nice guy would highly recommend his services.

Josh and his team recently completed a patio for myself and my wife at our family home. Job kept us up to date whilst we was at work during the day and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. We had our fence at the bottom of our garden replaced (3 panels and posts). This fence faces into a neighbours garden. Daly Developments provided a quote quickly after another contractor let us down last minute. They sourced all products for the job, communicating seamlessly with our neighbour and another contractor we had in at the same time. Making the whole job very easy for us and left us with very happy neighbours.

From the design to build Josh was excellent, the garden needed a lot of TLC and I had unused space in the garden with no idea what to do with. Josh recommended a Pergola and built it from scratch, the results were amazing. He also repointed the patio, laid new turf and installed new fencing. Josh’s attitude to work, and attention to detail was spot on, he was very polite and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again!
