Chris's work was outstanding. He not only treated the damage caused by the damp he sourced the issue that was causing it. Testing to see if the brickwork was porous and needed treating or if it just needed repointing. So we didn't get ripped off like other companies had tried to do. The work was in my elderly mother's home but Chris kept me informed throughout the whole process, sending me picture and video updates. Chris was very considerate of her needs and she felt comfortable and confident with him working in her home. Thank you for your professionalism

Chris did a thorough job of surveying the damp in my property and explained a range of options as to how to deal with it. I opted to have the exterior brick work sealed with Storm Dry Sealant which Chris undertook quickly and thoroughly.
