I can’t recommend DCM enough. From the first call to the finished job, everything was smooth and stress-free. The team were friendly, polite and easy to deal with, and the work was completed to a very high standard. I had a damp proof course, plastering and repointing done, and I’m really happy with the results. They left everything clean and tidy, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing damp work done. 10/10 from me 😊

Arrived on time. Small amount of damp proofing on two exterior walls was carried out very efficiently and left ready to decorate after about 10 days. Cleaning up after could have been a little better..

Paul originally attended to provide a quote for the works, he was timely and professional and discussed the problems with me. The process of booking to have the work completed was seamless and on the day Paul and Christian arrived in good time and worked well to get the works completed promptly. The finish on the walls is immaculate and great care was taken to protect my household items with all signs of the works cleaned and removed. A great service for what seemed to be a fair quote

Recently had work carried out by the Damp Care Midlands team. John and Julie were great to work with, work was done to a high standard, they were very punctual, and the communication was top-notch. I would certainly consider them again for any future damp-proofing work.

Damp Care Midlands were fantastic! I received a thorough quote from them regarding a house I was purchasing with damp issues. The quote explained everything in detail, I knew exactly what I was paying for. It was also very reasonably priced. It took a while for my house purchase to go through, but I contacted Julie as soon as it did, and she booked me in within the same week! The gents who did the work were very polite and courteous and did a phenomenal job. Works were carried out back in October, and it's holding up well in the winter weather, no more damp smell! Highly recommend!
