Damp Defence were very professional, friendly and helpful. They located the issue and provided a professional report for submission to the insurers. Their help was very much appreciated and certainly assisted in diminishing the anxiety I was feeling. I have no qualms whatsoever recommending them or using them again myself.

Such trustworthy people! They explained the exact reason we were facing damp issues in our home and provided an in-depth, detailed report along with all the recommended works DampDefence advised. We decided to go ahead with the works, and Danny was brilliant throughout. He left the house exactly as he found it and took the time to explain how the system works properly. We recently used DampDefence and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Great communication from Mickey from start to finish. The surveyor arrived exactly when we were told he would, and Connor was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable throughout. After the survey, me and my wife were really impressed with the level of detail in the report, so we decided to go ahead with the works straight away. Everything was swiftly booked in and all I can say is amazing — the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Very happy with the work provided by DampDefence. Thanks guys!

They came to complete a survey, but wern't impressive. Having received a survey from another company, we asked the surveyor about the other company's proposals, but he didn't know and said he'd have to check. We got charged upfront, and they charged for a full survey when we asked for a survey focusing on the particular area of damp. The survey wasn't detailed - and I don't think it was a full survey. No damp measurements were included. I asked for a refund of the difference between surveys and they agreed. Weeks later and I am chasing repayment of any money. I'd now rather have a full refund!

All very well carried out. I had a damp survey carried out due to a patio being laid incorrectly. I didnsendna compliment to.the company regarding how the member.of staff conducted themselves during the visit. Everything was explained thoroughly.
