I reached out via Trust a Traded and was called back to see how they could help. I ask for a survey as we had suspected damp in the kitchen. I spoke with Micky who was so helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. He booked me in for an appointment the next day and confirmed everything by email within 10 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble. In the end, the survey wasn't needed but I would rate them highly as a company simply by the helpfulness on the call and the efficiency, nothing was too much trouble.

The company understood the task and was great in giving me answers and advice on my next steps. I would recommend to anybody in the future.

Buying your first home is never easy especially when the home had alot of damp issues. We contacted DampDefence for a survey, The survey was very detailed we was confident dampdefence would do a good job for the work they suggested and wow was i right, The team were clean,tidy,polite which is everything we could ask for. Damp Defence were very professional, friendly and helpful. They located the issue and provided a professional report for submission to the insurers. Their help was very much appreciated and certainly assisted in diminishing the anxiety I was feeling. I have no qualms whatsoever recommending them or using them again myself.
