10 Damp proof course

Job location: SW2The team took everything back to brick, installed a damp proof course and made good. They installed vents and fixed outside guttering and wall joints. They were quick and finished everything to a high standard and resolved problems quickly.9.33 Damp removal and proofing

Robert and Robert, came to review the damp problem an quoted for the work, which they were able to commence within a fortnight. They worked carefully and as tidyly as possible and left the flat clean and presentable ready for decoration where necessary. They discovered an easier and cheaper way of doing a key part of the work which is less disruptive and consequently volunteered to reduce the price for the job. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Robert came round to inspect the site a few days after my initial enquiry, and an estimate soon followed. The work started on time and was completed on time and to budget. The standard of workmanship was very high, and Robert arranged for a carpenter and decorator to come and finish off the job was without me needing to engage anyone else .
