We had a survey carried out by Dampmaster a couple of days ago. They recommended the necessary works to get the house back up to standard and provided a very competitive quote. We instructed them to go ahead, and nothing was too much trouble for the team, both the office staff and the workmen were brilliant. 10/10 service .would 100% recommend!

I had a damp patch appearing in my living room area and wanted to book a survey, I found Dampmaster Essex details through check a trade and book a localised survey, the team were very helpful and talked me through all the steps involved, after the survey was sent across we accepted the cost for the works. The team arrived in Dampmaster uniforms very smart and tidy, the work was finished to a high standard which allowed my decorator to come in the week after, I am very please with my whole experience at Dampmaster Essex and recommend to anyone who asks.

I had Connor Harper and Edwin at my property Monday and Tuesday 21/22 August to complete works on a single wall with rising damp and installation of Heat Recovery system, I was called in the morning to give me a time of arrival and the chaps arrived on the dot in there Dampmaster uniforms and vehicles. They tided up through out the installation and left a quality finish to our walls, I would highly recommend Dampmaster.

I put an enquiry through back in October 2024 as I had always suffered with rising damp in certain rooms of my home, I then agreed to have a complete survey which was very detailed to identify the problem and how to resolve the issue. The team where very helpful and professional when arriving to site, all my questions were answered and a detailed survey was sent to me within 48 hours outlining the costs and scheduled works. I agreed to proceed, the installation team carried out the works over a period of 4 days, the installers where very smart with all branded vehicles and uniforms, very happy

From the initial survey through to all the works, they went above and beyond to help us and carried out the works in a very timely and efficient manner, working around our schedule. We had many questions for them over email and in person and they were very happy to answer us with lots of detail to reassure us about the works we were having done.
