We contacted Dampmaster Gloucester & Swindon after noticing damp patches on our bathroom walls. Nick was professional and friendly from the first phone call, booked us in quickly, and arrived on time. He carried out a thorough damp survey, identified the problem areas straight away, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or exaggerate the issues. This gave us real confidence in his honesty and we received a detailed written report with photos and recommendations shortly after, which was exactly what we needed. Excellent Damp Survey From DampMaster Gloucester & Swindon

Nick was punctual and knew what he was doing. He explained what he was doing, how and what he was checking and, after the survey, explained what the conclusion was.
