  Damp Survey

  Posted 07 September

  A very poor service

I commissioned Dampmaster to carry out a survey including Thermal Imaging. Mr Connors decided in my absence not to carry out the thermal survey but charged me for it anyway. He then issued a report so generic and full of errors as to be almost worthless and potentially costing me a lot of money for unnecessary work. These include: “Rising damp is a problem with this property” and It is essential that a damp proof membrane is installed” for a 1st floor flat. “It is essential to engage a damp specialist to conduct professional mould removal" despite no mould visible or referred to in the report

Tom from Dampmaster recently carried out work at our property. We had mould growth in the bedrooms as well as rising damp, and Tom and his team resolved the issues perfectly. We are very pleased with the standard of their work. I would highly Recomend This company .
