Definitely would recommend.
Dampmaster don't strike me as the least expensive option but the quality of their workmanship is brilliant. They took out rotten floorboards, replaced with concrete and then fitted new flooring. They went out of their way to accommodate my timelines and when the final finish wasn't quite as we had imagined - they came back to rectify quickly. That said - 95% of the work was to an extremely high standard. I would absolutely recommend them and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience working with them. Damp proof
A Perfect Job, Damp busters firstly carried out a full inspection of the damp in my kitchen identifying the issues and causes of the damp, I was sent a report detailing the issues showing what i could do to resolve them and costs related to them. Form here i was able to see that the roof was a actual cause and without them and the report would never had fixed the main source of the issue. They returned some months later at my request to remove all traces of damp and put in place a damp proof course, replaster and broad. sorted damp in utility room
David was lovely and carried out a thorough investigation of the damp in the room, the guys that carried out the work were lovely to speak to. They were great when I was working in between night shifts leaving me to sleep and even put up with my loud dog. The work was completed in a professional manner, the room looks new and fresh. Competent, quality and customer service - recommended
We went to DampMaster based on their positive reviews. They did not disappoint: booked in a survey with David (who is awesome), and he was extremely thorough, documented everything and took me through his findings as he moved through the house. We received an extremely comprehensive but easy to understand survey report, including recommended remedial work and associated costs. This triggered a more intrusive survey and again we have received the same level of service. Successful damp treatment
We had some damp work carried out to our Edwardian home last year - in our kitchen, living room, dining room, hall and kitchen. Whilst the work was not completed without challenges along the way, David managed the project sympathetically and professionally.
