  Thorough, Professional Survey – Well Worth It

  I recently had a damp survey carried out at my property by Sam from Damp Master, and I’m really glad I did. He was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough, spending around 2.5 hours inspecting everything properly. He not only identified the issues but also explained them clearly, which helped me understand what was going on. The report was paid, but very detailed and absolutely worth it, with a full breakdown of all the problems in my property. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this might help others. It’s definitely worth choosing a proper survey over “free” ones.

  Great first impression

  Sam visited to assess our job at the end of last week and we’re already certain we’ll be hiring him to carry out the work. What impressed us most was his honesty and genuine interest in our property, especially in clearly explaining the amount of work actually required to fix the problem. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn’t trying to push any unnecessary extras, but instead provided a straightforward and honest explanation of what needed to be done.
