From start to finish very polite professional and efficient company to deal with. Made it easy for me to understand the issues in my kitchen and bathroom. The report was clear and precise. Any questions I had were answered quickly and resolved. The staff and contractors are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them! A refreshing change to past experiences!! The areas were left clean and tidy at the end of everyday and more importantly the recommendations made and remedial works carried out have made a huge difference.
