Job unfinished! Took full payment and didn’t return to finish the job. We have had a terrible experience with this company. Terrible workmanship. We asked them to return on multiple occasions to finish the job, repair damage they caused and take a final damp reading to ensure the quality of the course as promised when quoting for the job. They never returned since January and are now uncontactable, leaving my house in a poor state.

Was quick to reply to my message arranged an appointment for him to come round never turned up sent a message and rang no reply no explanation

Job took much longer to complete than expected, very poor finish have had to employ more trades people to fix the problems they left behind. I.E. Skirting boards no longer meet carpet no longer fits lintels going on a slope and a kitchen that is still having to have a dehumidifier running as still have leaking sink and pipes indoors and outside, have had to have a plasterer into attempt to fix main walls plumbers to come now to address the leakage and drainage issues this company left behind. No receipt, No guarantee as promised was told had to wait 3 months

David and Dylan have done a brilliant job. They always turned up and completed a full day’s work. They were both extremely polite and courteous, conscious that I was living in the property whilst they were working. They were friendly and helpful and always tidied up at the end of the day. They even brought their own kettle and mugs. The quality of their work was high…. I can’t fault it and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, friendly and professional firm - Damp proof company offer a first class service ata fair price. I would happily recommend them if you need any internal damp issues, had penetrating damp from a leaking roof into one of my bedrooms had numerous trade's trying to resolve the issue Dylan found and sorted the issue and explained everything from start to finish .
