Flat roof damp repair works.
Damp proofing works were carried out on our flat roof. Unfortunately, chucked it down later that evening (no weatherman warning surprisingly!). What that meant is a lot of material used to damp proof got washed away. I let Tom know and he said nothing to worry as he would come and redo when the weather looks good. Fast forward a couple of months and we connected again, agreed on a date and Tom was there as promised to finish the work. Rising damp & new roof
Tom and his team were polite and professional throughout the whole experience. Once we agreed to move ahead he and his team started the work within a week and completed within the discussed timeframe.
