  Excellent service provided by Ray and his team. Replaced rotten joists and floorboards and added plenty of new ventilation, also fitted a new floor and skirting to finish the job off perfectly. Would highly recommend this company, very competitive prices and professionalism.

  Would highly recommend, really pleased with the service, there was a slight hiccup which was out of Damptecs hands but they came back to rectify it. Kept us up to date with progress of the works, would definitely use again for future works.

• Cellar Conversion

  Ray and his team were amazing. When we first met Ray, we were still unsure as to whether or not we were going to have a loft conversion, or a cellar conversion. Ray showed us cellar conversions that he had carried out on our road, and completely blew us away with the transformations, and at half the cost. Ray was very thorough with the quote, explaining all the costs involved, and talked us through the whole process. He was true to his word, his team were exceptional, extremely clean, considerate, and skillful workers. My 9 year old son actually looked forward to the two guys coming every day

• Damp proofing chimney breast and floor in hearth

  I am really happy and impressed with the work Damptec have completed in my house. I had damp on my floor, which was causing the wooden floor boards to rot and it was rising up the chimney breast next to it. Damptec visited to review what work needed to be done and provide a quote. The work has been done to a very high standard and for a very reasonable price. The tradesmen were also very respectful whilst they were in my house and cleaned up the floor and bagged up all rubbish as well. I am would highly recommend Damptec to anyone.

• Damp proofing of a large listed building cellar

  Damptec undertook a large cellar conversation project for a listed building which was definitely NOT without its complications. Ray and the team had to overcome several complications and the job changed and developed each time. The team were fantastic at adapting and were fair on any cost amendments. I would recommend these guys as the job has been fantastic, materials appear top notch and we’ve had no leak so far. The pump and equipment installed is easy to maintain and there are several redundancies which completely make sense. Very good system too.

  Damptec- Raymond o’Reilly Came out and assessed the work needed. Told me it wasn’t that bad at the moment as it could be still in the drying process. Requested I leave it a few months to see how it goes and to get in contact if there was any problems. Genuine advice, didn’t force any work. Couldn’t fault the company for pointing me in the right direction. Would definitely recommend.
