From start to finish, the team were punctual, friendly, professional and worked hard to get the job done. While there were a few minor hiccups, Andrea listened to what I wanted and did a very good job of bringing it all together . His expertise and communication with the Structural Engineer, Architect and Building Regulations Inspector was impressive. The project was completed within the agreed time frame and the end result looks good. I recommend this company to anyone considering a similar project.

Really great experience with our single storey side extension. We chose D&A East Midlands Property Service Ltd due to their professional approach and total concept to completion approach. World class service from start to finish. From the handful of builders who quoted me, I knew straight away that I wanted to instruct D&A to carry out my extension work. After a recent house renovation, I called Andrea back to do the subfloor prep prior to the LVT going down. I was extremely disappointed with the work they did. They did not correctly primer the floor nor did they mix the subfloor materials properly which meant a 2/4 hour drying process took 4/5 days. Some places were still puddled and never dried and cracks started to appear with areas of the floor breaking away. After numerous attempts to try and get Andrea to come back and rectify the situation, he never turned up resulting in me having to pay another contractor to rectify the situation.

This guy is not a builder the worst of the worst, how he’s getting away with what he’s doing is absolutely disgusting. He’s taken the best of 60k off us and absolutely ruined our property. He done nothing as it was on the plans we had drawn out from the architect, the whole rear extension and the loft conversion needs to be ripped down and done again due to not being done properly, we’ve had a expert witness report done from CS Surveying & Architectural Design Limited It’s taken them 2 Months to make this report which has 45 pages also including images, To rectify it will cost £155k

The team all incredibly hard working and knowledgeable, each one of them polite and respectful. Found pre existing issues with the house and fixed them no fuss. Then theres Andrea, one of the most genuine, kind hearted and funny guys ive met. Fully transparent, knows literally everything there is to know about the trade and cares so much about the quality of the job, you would think it was his own house! Best quote, honoured the quote at every stage and completed the project to an incredibly high standard. I've made mistakes but choosing Andrea was not one of them, I've recommended him plenty!
