I contacted Ian to fit commercial vinyl flooring at my care home in the communal lounge. So he sends me a quote, we agree a date but in the quote he mentions he wants an advance payment of £1700 approx. He doesn’t specify the date he wanted the payment for. I send him an email immediately asking for clarification regarding payment terms. He doesn’t respond. I try to call him but he didn’t respond. We have had to undo our arrangements and inconvenienced our poor elderly residents. Think twice before using this guy. He can’t assure you whether he will pay you back the advance payment!

From our first meet I was struck by Ian's very honest approach to explaining the range of products available and the costing. On the due date Ian and Brian were punctual and were very respectful of my home throughout. They were always friendly, polite and professional and always cleaned up as they worked. On completion, I was left with a very nice new kitchen and bathroom floor, which I love, at a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend this company you won't be disappointed.

Ian and team did a fantastic job putting an LVT floor down in our basement. There were some issues with ensuring the damp levels were low enough, but Ian was supportive throughout in making sure that we were able to proceed, even contacting (with our consent of course) tradesman who had previously done work on the basement to confirm things. The floor looks great and I honestly can't recommend D&I Flooring enough.

Cant rate these enough. Curtious throughout the job, friendly towards me and my family, very clean and you can tell they have years of experience, if youre considering a new floor, look no further than D and I flooring. From start to finish they were great with what they intended to do and the high class finish the achieved was second to none. Im really pleased with the lads and will definitely have them back to do another job
