Dave was amazing . Very quick service ,friendly and efficient . We now have a lovely warm en suite and would recommend him to anybody to do a very good job. Will definitely have him back again for any plumbing or heating problems. Thank you again Dave.

Very unprofessional poor communication with total disregard for his customer. He had a family situation which I can understand but then ignored all calls and messages trying to get him to come complete a job already started. He did a first job which wasn't right as leak still carried on, came back took my shower apart gave me a quote and materials to purchase which I did and he disappeared after cancelling on me on day of job yet I took day off from work to see to this.

O'neil did a wonderful job. He cleaned the area of work, came on time for each appointments, very friendly and professional. After the completion of the shower cubicle, we went on to give him more work namely change bathroomf flooringand paint the bathroom. Unfortunately he employed the service of someone else who could not achieve the smae standard of work as O'neil himself. I reported the snagging politely to O'neil and he blocked all access to his phone. The bathroom remains unfinished and we have to try find another trade to help finish what someone else started. I won't fault his work.

Our boiler broke down leaving us without hot water or central heating and Neil came out to assess very promptly, moving jobs around to accommodate our job within 2 days. He completed the work to an excellent standard , including fixing a leaking pipe in our bathroom, and he worked tirelessly on the job. He was polite, tidied up after himself and on time. We would highly recommend him to others and now will use Neil as our preferred plumber as he is extremely competent, trustworthy and professional.

Waste pipe solidly blocked (fat etc). Was solid. Various methods tried to unblock the pipe (various plumbers snakes, plunger and chemicals). Eventually Involved replacing blocked section of pipe hidden behind Kitchen cabinets that also needed removing and refitting. Work completed very professionally and tidily. Not the easiest of unblocking jobs. Very impressed and would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.
