We recently hired Dumitru, Natalia, and the team at JD Construction Property for a home extension and a full house refurbishment, and we could not be happier with the results! What really sets them apart is their incredible organization. They have a structural engineer who supervises the job, giving us complete peace of mind that everything was built safely and perfectly to code. Their entire team is incredibly dedicated, hardworking, and professional. Dumitru and Natalia made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

My initial experience with Natalie and Tim was great. They clearly communicated the cost, timeline etc. They arrived on time and completed the bathroom renovation quickly and initially everything looked good. However the issues soon appeared. The shower enclosure leaked and kept flooding the bathroom after use. when I contacted Natalie, I was told to fix it myself. Later the ceiling to peel away and shower head started leaking. After repeatedly contacting, no remedial work has been undertaken by them. I had to hire others to fix the issue. Very bad after service.

Really great experience with these guys. Super helpful and accommodating, great workmanship and now we have a lovely transformed bathroom. Would definitely hire them again.
