  Tracing Gas Leak

  Amazing, above and beyond. One phone call and they were there in a few days. Gas had been turned off by Gas board as they said we had an internal leak. The leak was traced late on a Friday afternoon. I was quite happy for the guy to return another day but he insisted he could get to the wholesalers and back in time to have our Hot water and heating that evening and he did. Very Professional and friendly. I also used him for a boiler service. He found a fault and managed to trace that and correct it so that the boiler passed its service. Thank you Lee and the team. I shall return.

  Installed a full central heating at my new property including external oil boiler.

  Arranged a visit for a quotation for work to be undertaken, 3 weeks in advance. Didn't show up, not even a message to say unable to attend.

  Apologies for this. Missing an appointment is something that never happens at D&R and as a company pride ourselves on communicating well with our clients new and old. Checking few our bookings system , we cannot locate an appoint made on this day with checkatrade. This must have unfortunately slipped through the net in this extremely busy period. Once again our most sincere apologies.

  Installing downstairs toilet and basin

  They turned up on time and I was able to leave the individual to complete the job whilst I was out and also he was very clean and tidy you wouldn’t have know that work had been carried out on your return
