Dan communication was amazing, we quickly organised a visit. When he arrived today, he was very polite and explained everything that he was going to do with his colleague before hand. Two men arrived promptly, explained what they would do, removed their shoes and inspected the nature of the windows to be cleaned. Their work was thorough. When I spotted a missed patch and pointed it out, the issue was promptly rectified with a smile.
