Poor workmanship, untidy and left rubbish all over the Patio. Uneven Sleepers and already some have moved. Left rubbish here for a couple of weeks before being collected. I am ashamed of the 'finished' job and now will employ another tradesperson to try and rectify the faults. For me, they certainly did not live up to the Testimonials on Check-a-Trade.

The job here was to replace the existing railway sleepers across the whole length of the garden, as well as at the front near the driveway. The old ones were removed and taken away, leaving the place always tidy for the customer at all times. The new ones were placed in, and all the rubbish was removed soon after the job was completed, as discussed with the customer.
We never left the place untidy, especially once everything was finished. The customer also added, on two instances, some additional work to be carried out once we had already started, which we agreed to do it, with an additional amount added on the contract.
We feel like the negative feedback doesn't truly reflect how things went, and don't see any reason as to why the customer wasn't happy with it, when we went the extra mile to make sure it was all spot on.
It's an unfortunate situation that the customer doesn't agree with us, but we strongly feel that the job was completed according to the trade standards and above.
