What started out as a boiler fault and hopeful repair turned into a boiler replacement. Dan was polite and courteous throughout explained everything fully. Gave us various boiler options so we could choose what fitted our budget and didn't pressure us into having something we didn't need. He even managed to fit the boiler earlier than planned. Day of installation was brilliant whole boiler fitted in a day, great demonstration of the boiler and all work so neat and tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Dan has installed 2 boilers for us in the last 4 years (one at our house and one at my parent's house) and he services both each year. He has done other plumbing work too. Nothing is too difficult for him, he will always find a solution, and is punctual and tidy, very professional as well as being friendly and easy to communicate with. Top bloke. Highly recommend.

Dan services our boiler every year. He is always punctual, tidy and thorough. He recently fitted a hive thermostat and 2 new radiators, emptying and clearing the system. Trust him completely and would highly recommend.
