mould cleaning and painting
The contractor initially did a good job, but after he left, a water mark reappeared, possibly due to only one coating of paint or insufficient coverage. The tenant also reported some areas of mold reappearing. Additionally, a small area on the bathroom wall that was agreed to be painted was missed. Despite agreeing to return to finish the work, and after making the full payment, he has become unreachable. Wooden florring for 12 m2 bedroom

Oak Parquet Floor restoration - sanding and varnishing
Kaveh is clearly very experienced in floor restoration, providing good advice and restoring my severely damaged original 1930's oak parquet flooring to exactly it's original beauty, look and feel. And at a reasonable price. Punctual, high professional quality finish and tidied up properly at the end. Decorating and fitting flooring
Kav works so hard and is a great communicator - he keeps in touch throughout the job, sends regular photos and is very polite. The results are excellent. We have a beautifully decorated flat and the floor fitting in the bathroom using Karndean flooring is immaculate. A very good price too.
