Dankam builders immediately identified the root cause of two leaky balconies (where other no other builders did) and put together a good plan of action as well as an honest quote. The team began the work within a good time and took us through every step of the building process so we had an idea of what was being done. The team were clean, reliable, hardworking and honest and the final product looks fantastic. Thank you Dan and team and we will definitely use Dankam builders again. Recommend this company.

A preliminary investigation, the first time any builder has done so in the 20+ years the building has experienced this problem. Previously, it was misdiagnosed as damp. Throughout, Daniel has been clear, reliable and diligent. The cost and purpose of the inspection was outlined and it was made clear that it might not identify the cause. As a result, I can now look to remedial work with confidence that, this time, it will be successful, I hope Daniel can do that work, but that depends on our schedules coinciding - he is very much in demand .
