Awful service. Awful customer care. Awful attitude towards clients. Currently rectifying much of the work. Highly recommended you look elsewhere for builders if you value your money, time and sanity. The work ran on and on, rarely on site and when they were it was mostly on their phones. Since the work has been completed we have had to get a plasterer in, electrician and a roofer. Not happy with the standard. The floor level of the new building work was at the wrong level and they had to dig out our concrete flooring, leaving a sizeable step to the rest of our ground floor.
